The BBQ Chicken Roll-Ups were such a hit the first time around that I didn’t wait long to make them again. Nathan and I had fun thinking of different combinations we could use, and over the weekend I picked up what we needed to try some new takes on the roll-ups.

This time I used:

  • Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Provolone cheese
  • Ham
  • Mayonnaise
  • Spinach

I had 3 variations of roll-ups:

  1. Ham and provolone cheese
  2. Ham salad (shredded ham w/ mayo) and cheddar cheese
  3. Ham, provolone cheese and spinach

Using the same process as with the BBQ chicken roll-ups, I baked these up in no time at all. They each turned out really well! I also got along a little better with the crescent rolls this time 😉

Nathan loves having these to grab for lunches at school, and they’re so easy to put together that I’m sure we’ll make them quite a bit! We’re already scheming for our next variation on these roll-ups… I’m thinking pepperoni and mozzarella. What would your combination be? 2014-11-02 14.33.18
